Diba’s connection systems are versatile for connecting different types of tubing easily and quickly. Tubing suitable for use includes PTFE, glass, PVC, softwall tubing, stainless steel and other hardwall tubing.
We offer a range of different fitting systems to suit a variety of applications. In each system, a range of different colored polypropylene nuts are available to connect 1/16” or 1/8” OD tubing into ¼”-28 UNF, M6 or 5/16”-24 UNF flat-bottom ports.
PEEK™ fitting nuts for use in higher temperatures are available in standard or compact head styles and with ¼”-28 UNF or M6 threads.
NEW! The Click-N-Seal Micro™!
Diba’s new Click-N-Seal Micro is now being offered for fluid connections utilizing a 6-40 port where there is a need for a tighter configuration than a ¼-28 or 10-32 fitting. These fittings use Diba’s patented Click-N-Seal technology, so as the fitting is tightened, the resistance of the cap increases until the correct torque is reached, at which point the cap clicks. This eliminates over-and under-torquing and guesswork in achieving the proper seal, and there are no tools required to use this fitting in the field. The Click-N-Seal Micro is made of PEEK for inert operation with aggressive chemistries. Connections are offered for both flat and conical versions. Diba…Fluid Intelligence!
Hand-tight fittings without the guesswork!
- For Omni-Lok Type P and Type S ferrules or inverted cones
- For 1/16″ or 1/8″ semi-rigid tubing e.g. PTFE, ETFE, FEP
- For flat-bottom 1/4″-28 UNF or M6 ports
- Feel and hear when the fitting is properly installed
Click-N-Seal™ offers a unique system for hand-tight fittings. As the fitting is tightened, the resistance of the cap increases until the correct torque is reached at which point the cap clicks. The user is able to hand-tighten the fittings without tools or guesswork and be confident that the fitting is properly seated, creating a secure seal. The fitting can be unscrewed and reused.

The Omni-Lok™ fitting system is a group of products specifically designed for optimum performance within a threaded port that is of a shallow depth, and/or is made from PTFE.
Shallow ports mean less threads with which the fitting nut can engage. PTFE ports exhibit less strength than for instance a PEEK port. These factors may lead to thread stripping from the PTFE port, a less than optimum seal integrity in the case of a shallow port, or both
