Precision CNC Polymer Machining

Diba’s manufacturing facility is equipped to produce high precision component parts in polymers and other non-ferrous materials. We provide customers with both straight-machined and turned components. Our proprietary machining processes are a combination of in-house custom machine tool and fixture design that allow us to maximize any 4th or 5th axis machining requirements. Our CNC machining centers are kept in tight calibration and can repeatedly hold tolerances of +/- .0002”. Diba provides a standard approach with its CNC equipment, which means our customers don’t have to wonder about variance between CNC machines, since all of our CNC centers are of the same brand.
